Terms of Service

Zoomaa is a booking platform that connects travellers with independent transport operators in Ghana. Your transport contract for any trip is with the operator that runs it. Zoomaa facilitates discovery, seat selection, payment and ticketing, but does not itself operate buses.

When you book, you receive a QR ticket in the app. You are responsible for arriving on time and presenting a valid ticket at boarding. Trips, seats, amenities and schedules are provided by the operator and may change.

Fares are set by the operators. Zoomaa may charge a separate booking fee, shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Mobile Money providers and our payment gateway. You authorise us and our processors to charge the total shown at checkout.

Cancellation and refund terms are set per trip by the operator and are shown before you pay. Some fares allow free cancellation up to a stated cut-off; others are non-refundable. Any booking fee may be non-refundable.

• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Don't misuse, disrupt or attempt to defraud the platform.
• Don't resell tickets or use the service unlawfully.

Zoomaa provides the platform “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of operators, including delays, cancellations or conduct during travel. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date, and significant changes may be notified in-app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any disputes.
